Premium guest hub pricing in Cyprus and Greece — what to actually expect

An honest tour of guest hub costs in 2026, from free templates to premium done-for-you builds, so you do not pay twice.

Wedding website pricing in Cyprus and Greece in 2026 ranges from free templates to custom services priced for hands on production. Most couples are choosing between a focused page builder and a service package. Below is what is on the market right now, what each tier really gives you, and the small print that catches people out.

The price ladder

At the bottom there are free template builders like easywedding.gr's free site, where you fill in a form, get a long URL, and live with display ads next to your couple photo. Free is real, but the trade is your guests seeing branding that isn't yours.

In the €100–€200 band sit Greek invitation specialists like wedmories.gr (currently €130 for the Diamond tier on a 20% promo, €350 normally) and ourjoy.gr (Silver Suite at €80/year). These are template-driven — you pick a layout, add names and dates, and your site goes live. Quality is solid; flexibility is limited.

The €200–€400 band — wedmories' Pearl, weddinginvitation.gr's Gold (€400 + VAT), and similar mid-market offers — is where you start to get bilingual EN/EL toggles, RSVP with plus-ones and dietary, and a custom design that feels less template-shaped.

Above €400 you are usually paying for service, not just a URL. Bespoke Cyprus builds, planner support, and destination wedding setup all add human production time. Plus + One keeps that help optional so the page builder plans stay self service.

Reading the fine print

Three things blow up the headline price:

  • Site lifetime. Lower-cost tiers from many providers quietly take your site down 15–30 days after the wedding. If you want to keep the gallery and guestbook accessible to family, look for a clear fixed term, renewal price, or export guarantee.
  • VAT handling. Greek competitors quote net (excluding 24% VAT) and add it at checkout — that €400 site is really €496. Cyprus quotes are usually inclusive. Check the invoice line items before you pay.
  • Custom domain. Most cheaper tiers force a long subdomain (yourservice.com/weddings/maria-yiannis-2026). A custom domain like mariaandyiannis.com is usually a Pro/Premium feature or a separate add-on.

What we charge and why

At Plus + One the plans are Starter at €49, Classic at €99, and Premium at €199. These are final prices with no VAT line at present. Every plan includes Greek and English. Classic is the intended choice for most celebrations. Premium adds seating, multiple events, a custom domain, and priority support.

The private draft is free, so you can test the builder before paying. If you want us to set up the whole page, that human production time is available as a separate service.
