Before the event

  • When can I see the website?

    Usually within 48 hours of our first call. We send a draft on a private URL; you review, we iterate, then you sign off.

  • How many revisions do I get?

    Unlimited until publish. After publish, three rounds of small changes are included; bigger structural changes are billed by the hour.

  • Can the site be bilingual?

    Yes — Greek and English ship by default, switchable per visitor. Other languages on request (Italian, French, Spanish, Romanian have all been done).

  • Can I use my own domain?

    Not yet. Every event currently uses a plusone.events address. Custom domains are planned as an add-on once routing support is ready.

On the day

  • What if a guest can't find their invite?

    Each guest has a personal magic link, but anyone can also RSVP from the public form using their name. We have walk-in handling so nobody is turned away.

  • How do guests upload photos?

    The gallery supports curated photo and video links today. Guest upload from the microsite is planned for the R2 upload phase and is not sold as included yet.

  • Is anyone reachable on the day?

    Yes. Heirloom gets the highest-priority event-day support; Signature gets priority email support; Keepsake is handled within the normal one-business-day support window. Critical event-day access issues are prioritized for every package.

After the event

  • How do I get the photos?

    The client dashboard exports event data as JSON today. Bulk media ZIP export is planned for the upload/storage phase and is not sold as included yet.

  • Can I export the guestbook?

    Yes — PDF, plain text, or HTML. Useful for printing as a physical keepsake or wedding scrapbook.

  • What if I want the site taken down?

    Email us and we archive it within a business day. Data is yours: we hand over a final ZIP with everything before deletion.
